Uniformly factoring weakly compact operators and parametrised dualisation
This article deals with the problem of when, given a collection $\mathcal {C}$ of weakly compact operators between separable Banach spaces, there exists a separable reflexive Banach space Z with a Schauder basis so that every element in $\mathcal {C ...

The dual of the space of bounded operators on a Banach space
Given Banach spaces X and Y, we ask about the dual space of the đ§(X, Y). This paper surveys results on tensor products of Banach spaces with the main objective of describing the dual of spaces of bounded operators. In several cases and under a variety of

Viscosity iterative method for a new general system of variational inequalities in Banach spaces
In this paper, we study a new iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a new general system of variational inequalities for two different relaxed cocoercive mappings and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping in

The spectrum generated by s-numbers and pre-quasi normed Orlicz-CesĂĄro mean sequence spaces
In this article, we study some topological properties of the multiplication operator on Orlicz-CesĂĄro mean sequence spaces equipped with the pre-quasi norm and the pre-quasi operator ideal constructed by this sequence space and s-numbers.

Regular Banach space net and abstract-valued Orlicz space of range-varying type
This paper investigates the abstract-valued Orlicz space of range-varying type. We firstly give the notions and examples of partially continuous modular net and regular Banach space net of type (II), then deal with the definitions, constructions, and ...

On the projection constants of some topological spaces and some applications
We find a lower estimation for the projection constant of the projective tensor product Xâââ§Y and the injective tensor product Xâââ¨Y, we apply this estimation on some previous results, and we also introduce a new concept of the projection constants of operators rather than that defined for Banach spaces.

Set quantities and Tauberian operators
The concept of convexity plays an important role in the classical geometry of normed spaces and it is frequently used in several branches of nonlinear analysis. In recent years some papers that contain generalizations of the concept of convexity with the help of the measures of noncompactness have appeared.

Abstract-valued Orlicz spaces of range-varying type
This paper mainly deals with the abstract-valued Orlicz spaces of range-varying type. Using notions of Banach space net and continuous modular net etc., we give definitions of LϹθ(â )(I, Xθ(â )) and L+Ϲθ(â )$\begin{array}{} L_{+}^{\varrho_{\theta(\cdot)}} \

Approximately algebraic tensor products
Let X and Y be normed spaces over a complete field F with dual spaces X 0 and Y 0 respectively. Under certain hypotheses, for given x 2X , y 2 Y and a mapping u fromX 0 Y 0 to F , we apply HyersâUlam approach to find a unique bounded bilinear mapping v ...

On strictly convex and strictly 2âconvex 2ânormed spaces II
In this paper a new duality mapping is defined, and it is our object to show that there is a similarity among these three types of characterizations of a strictly convex 2ânormed space. This enables us to obtain more new results along each of two types of characterizations.
