ON THE WEAK SOLUTIONS OF THE URYSOHN-STIELTJES FUNCTIONAL INTEGRAL EQUATIONS

open access: yes, 2018
The analysis of Urysohn-Stieltjes integral operators has been studied in [1]. Here we study the existence of weakly solution of functional integral equations of Urysohn-Stieltjes type and Hammerstien-Stieltjes type in the reflexive Banach space E.

Some properties of Urysohn‐Stieltjes integral operators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, Volume 21, Issue 1, Page 79-88, 1998., 1996
We investigate some properties of Urysohn‐Stieltjes integral operators. The assumptions will be formulated under which the operators in question transform the space of coatinuous functions into itself or in the space of functions of bounded variation, are continuous or are compact.

Uniformly bounded Nemytskij operators acting between the Banach spaces of generalized Hölder functions

open access: yes, 2017
We investigate the Nemytskij (composition, superposition) operators acting between Banach spaces of -times differentiable functions defined on the closed intervals of the real line with the -derivatives satisfying a generalized Hölder condition. The main

Differential inequalities for hysteresis systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Stochastic Analysis, Volume 9, Issue 4, Page 459-468, 1996., 1996
The theory of differential inequalities is extended to functional‐differential equations with hysteresis nonlinearities. A key feature is the existence of a semiorder of the state space of nonlinearity and a special monotonicity of the righthand side of differential inequality. This article is dedicated to the memory of Roland L. Dobrushin.

Some inequalities and superposition operator in the space of regulated functions

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis, 2019
Some inequalities connected to measures of noncompactness in the space of regulated function R(J, E) were proved in the paper. The inequalities are analogous of well known estimations for Hausdorff measure and the space of continuous functions.

On the Discrete Nonlinear Hammerstein Systems With Non-symmetric Kernels

open access: yesSarajevo Journal of Mathematics
We study the nonlinear Hammerstein system $x(t)=\sum\limits_{s=1}^\infty {k(s,t)} f(s,x(s))+g(t)\quad (t\in\mathbb{N})$ with non-symmetric kernel $k(s,t)$.   2000 Mathematics Subject Classification.

Order properties of the space of dominated Uryson operators

open access: yes, 2015
The “Up-and-down” theorem which describe the structure of the Boolean algebra fragments of a positive orthogonally additive operator was recently proved in [14]. This result we apply to prove the decomposability of the lattice valued norm of the space DU

The superposition operator in the space of functions continuous and converging at infinity on the real half-axis

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis, 2019
We will consider the so-called superposition operator in the space CC(ℝ+) of real functions defined, continuous on the real half-axis ℝ+ and converging to finite limits at infinity.

Some remarks about abstract Uryson operators

open access: yes, 2015
We continue to investigation the space of abstract Uryson operators U(E,F ), acting between vector lattices E and F . We introduce a new class of orthogonally additive, disjointness preserving operators which called Uryson lattice homomorphisms.

Nonlinear Spectral Theories and Solvability of Nonlinear Hammerstein Equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
AMS Subj. Classification: 47J10, 47H30, 47H10We study some possibilities of nonlinear spectral theories for solving nonlinear operator equations. The main aim is to research a spectrum and establish some kind of nonlinear Fredholm alternative for ...
