A Suzuki type unique common fixed point theorem for two pairs of hybrid maps under a new condition in partial metric spaces

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2016
In this paper, we introduce a new condition namely: condition (W.C.C.) and utilize the same to prove a Suzuki type unique common fixed point theorem for two hybrid pairs of mappings in partial metric spaces employing the partial Hausdorff metric which ...

Presic Type Fixed Point Theorem for Four Maps in Metric Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2016
We obtained a Presic type fixed point theorem for two pairs of jointly 2k-weakly compatible maps in metric spaces. We also have given an example to illustrate our main theorem.

Common Fixed Point Theorems for Mappings under (CLRS)-Property in Partial Metric Spaces

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2016
In this paper, we introduce the concept of (CLRS)-property for mappings F : X × X→X and S : X → X (wherein X stands for a partial metric space) and utilize the same to prove two common fixed point theorems for two pairs of mappings in partial metric ...

A Novel, Potentially Universal Machine Learning Algorithm to Predict Complications in Total Knee Arthroplasty

open access: yesArthroplasty Today, 2021
Background: There remains a lack of accurate and validated outcome-prediction models in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). While machine learning (ML) is a powerful predictive tool, determining the proper algorithm to apply across diverse data sets is ...

Suppressed Auger Heating of Hot Carriers in Cu‐Doped Colloidal Quantum Wells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Auger heating represents a major bottleneck for hot carrier (HC) relaxation in colloidal quantum wells (CQWs), delaying carrier accumulation in band‐edge states and diminishing performance in light‐emitting applications. To address this issue, we introduce copper doping in CdSe CQWs to create midgap states, which efficiently suppresses Auger ...
