This study demonstrates that the atypical dehydrogenase/isomerase FabX in Type‐II fatty acid biosynthesis pathway is essential for H. pylori infection by retaining unsaturated fatty acid synthesis and producing superoxide (ROS). A small molecule FBX‐1991 that specifically targets FabX to inhibit H.

Vessel‐On‐A‐Chip Coupled Proteomics Reveal Pressure‐Overload‐Induced Vascular Remodeling
A vessel‐on‐a‐chip system is developed to replicate both physiological and pathological vessel cyclic stretches. Proteomic analysis reveals pressure‐overload‐induced vascular remodeling, including cellular response to mechanical cues, cellular oxidative stresses, ER stress, and ceramide biosynthesis activation in the vessel‐on‐a‐chip system, well ...

During a heart attack, neutrophils rapidly activate and differentiate into a specific subset characterized by high levels of MMP9, a tissue‐damaging enzyme, via the SPI1/CST7 pathway. These neutrophils form harmful net‐like structures (Neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs) that exacerbate heart injury.

High‐Performance Polymer‐derived Ceramics in LCD 3D Printing
This study highlights the potential of silicon oxycarbide‐based formulations for producing polymer‐derived ceramics with superior properties via LCD 3D printing. VMM‐based ceramics demonstrate a remarkable 50‐fold increase in compressive strength (up to 17 MPa) compared to SPR‐684, along with exceptional high‐temperature survivability (up to 1500 °C ...
