Are There Any Natural Physical Interpretations for Some Elementary Inequalities?
We inquire whether there are some fundamental interpretations of elementary inequalities in terms of curvature of a three-dimensional smooth hypersurface in the four-dimensional real ambient space.

The nonexistence of rank 4 IP tensors in signature (1, 3)
Let V be a real vector space of dimension 4 with a nondegenerate symmetric bilinear form of signature (1, 3). We show that there exists no algebraic curvature tensor R on V so that its associated skew‐symmetric operator R(⋅) has rank 4 and constant eigenvalues on the Grassmannian of nondegenerate 2‐planes in V.

We solve the problem of description of nonsingular pairs of compatible flat metrics for the general N‐component case. The integrable nonlinear partial differential equations describing all nonsingular pairs of compatible flat metrics (or, in other words, nonsingular flat pencils of metrics) are found and integrated.

Some invariant theorems on geometry of Einstein non‐symmetric field theory
This paper generalizes Einstein′s theorem. It is shown that under the transformation , curvature tensor , Ricci tensor Sik(U), and scalar curvature S(U) are all invariant, where Λ = Λjdxj is a closed 1‐differential form on an n‐dimensional manifold M.

We generalize the Zermelo navigation on Riemannian manifolds (M; h), admitting a space dependence of a ship's speed 0 < |u(x)|h ≤ 1 in the presence of a perturbation W̃ determined by a strong (critical) velocity vector field satisfying |W̃ (x)|h = |u(x ...

The classical theory of calculus of variations for generalized functions
We present an extension of the classical theory of calculus of variations to generalized functions. The framework is the category of generalized smooth functions, which includes Schwartz distributions, while sharing many nonlinear properties with ...

On Randers Change of a Generalized Exponential Metric
In this paper, we study the properties of a special (α, β)-metric e^(k1β/α)+βe^(k2*β/α), the Randers change of the generalized exponential metric. We find the necessary and sufficient condition for this metric to be locally projectively flat and we also ...

The primary objective of the article is to investigate the symmetry and pseudosymmetry properties of the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter (briefly, RNdS) spacetime. The secondary aim of the paper is to explore the notion of Ricci solitons in RNdS spacetimes.

Singularities of spherical surface in R4
In this article, we mainly study the geometric properties of spherical surface of a curve on a hypersurface Σ\Sigma in four-dimensional Euclidean space.

Pseudosymmetry and curvature inheritance of the interior black hole spacetime
The notion of pseudosymmetry by Adamów and Deszcz [1] generalizes the concept of local symmetry and semisymmetry, and it serves as a model of various spacetimes. The classification of pseudosymmetric spacetimes has been studied in [2].
