Background Antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (SP) and the prevalence of meticillin‐resistant SP (MRSP) is increasing in dogs worldwide. Objectives To evaluate the influence of hospital size on antimicrobial resistance of SP and whether restricted use of antimicrobials based on antibiograms could reduce the identification of ...

We define a space (X, T) to be I‐Lindelof if every cover 𝒜 of X by regular closedsubsetsof the space (X, T) contains a countable subfamily 𝒜′ suchthat X = ∪{int(A) : A ∈ A′}. We provide several characterizations of I‐Lindelofspaces and relate them to some other previously known classes of spaces, for example, rc‐Lindelof, nearly Lindelof, and so forth.

On unified theory for continuities
The purpose of this study is to give a unified theory for some weak and strong continuous functions using operations.

We introduce the class of countably I‐compact spaces as a proper subclass of countably S‐closed spaces. A topological space (X, T) is called countably I‐compact if every countable cover of X by regular closed subsets contains a finite subfamily whose interiors cover X.

Nonempty intersection theorems minimax theorems with applications in generalized interval spaces
We establish some new topological types of nonempty intersection theorems in more general topological spaces without linear structure. As applications, we utilize results to study the minimax problems, coincidence problems, and economy equilibrium problems in generalized interval spaces and some new results are obtained.

On generalizations of regular‐Lindelöf spaces
We study nearly regular‐Lindelöf, almost regular‐Lindelöf and weakly regular‐Lindelöf spaces. Characterizations and some properties for these spaces are proposed. Relations among them are also studied.

On S‐cluster sets and S‐closed spaces
A new type of cluster sets, called S‐cluster sets, of functions and multifunctions between topological spaces is introduced, thereby providing a new technique for studying S‐closed spaces. The deliberation includes an explicit expression of S‐cluster set of a function.

On 3‐topological version of θ‐regularity
We modify the concept of θ‐regularity for spaces with 2 and 3 topologies. The new, more general property is fully preserved by sums and products. Using some bitopological reductions of this property, Michael′s theorem for several variants of bitopological paracompactness is proved.

We will continue the study of p‐closed spaces. This class of spaces is strictly placed between the class of strongly compact spaces and the class of quasi‐H‐closed spaces. We will provide new characterizations of p‐closed spaces and investigate their relationships with some other classes of topological spaces.

A note on Raghavan‐Reilly′s pairwise paracompactness
The bitopological unstability of RR‐pairwise paracompactness in presence of pairwise Hausdorff separation axiom is caused by a bitopological property which is much weaker and more local than RR‐pairwise paracompactness. We slightly generalize some Michael′s constructions and characterize RR‐pairwise paracompactness in terms of bitopological θ ...
