Comparison Function and Boyd–Wong–Type Contractions in Kaleva–Seikkala’s Type Fuzzy b‐Metric Space
In this article, we study the existence and uniqueness of fixed points for mappings in Kaleva–Seikkala’s type fuzzy b‐metric spaces. Nonlinear contractions of the comparison function and Boyd–Wong’s type are considered, and several new fixed point theorems for these contractions in complete Kaleva‐Seikkala’s type fuzzy b‐metric spaces are presented. Suzuki-type fixed point results in metric type spaces
Suzuki’s fixed point results from (Suzuki, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 136:1861-1869, 2008) and (Suzuki, Nonlinear Anal. 71:5313-5317, 2009) are extended to the case of metric type spaces and cone metric type spaces.

Common fixed points of
In this paper, using the setting of a generalized metric space, a unique common fixed point of four R-weakly commuting maps satisfying a generalized contractive condition is obtained. We also present example in support of our result.

Coincidence Best Proximity Points of Proximal Berinde G‐Contractions
Recently, a concept of proximal Berinde contractions was introduced and applied to prove the existence of coincidence best proximity points in metric spaces. In this article, we established a new approach to show that these results can be obtained from a fixed point theorem for multivalued (β, L)‐weak contractions.

Stability of common fixed points in uniform spaces
Stability results for a pair of sequences of mappings and their common fixed points in a Hausdorff uniform space using certain new notions of convergence are proved. The results obtained herein extend and unify several known results.

Generalization of the Banach contraction principle [PDF]
We introduce the concept of shifting distance functions, and we establish a new fixed point theorem which generalizes the Banach contraction principle.

On Almost (α, θρ)‐Contractions on Quasimetric Space and Their Fixed Points
In this paper, we introduce the concept of almost (α, θρ)‐contraction mappings on quasimetric spaces. Then, under certain conditions, we present some fixed‐point results for almost (α, θρ)‐contraction mappings with respect to ω and γ on both left K‐complete and left M‐complete quasimetric spaces.

Generalized metrics and Caristi’s theorem
A ‘generalized metric space’ is a semimetric space which does not satisfy the triangle inequality, but which satisfies a weaker assumption called the quadrilateral inequality.

In this article, we establish coincidence point and common fixed point theorems for mappings satisfying a contractive inequality which involves two generalized altering distance functions in ordered complete metric spaces.

This paper aims to investigate new coincidence point theorems for self‐maps under an extended rational contraction. Our approach uses the p‐adic distance in partially ordered ultrametric spaces. Furthermore, to illustrate our major discoveries, we give a comprehensive numerical analysis.
