The adsorption of nitric oxide on a silicon (100) 2 × 1 surface studied with Auger electron spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yes, 1988
We present an Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) study of the adsorption of nitric oxide (NO) on a clean Si(100)2 × 1 surface at 300 and 550 K. Accurate measurement reeveal well resolved fine structure at Auger SiL2.3VV transitions at 62 and 83 eV.

MicroSQUID Force microscopy in a dilution refrigerator [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We present a new generation of a scanning MicroSQUID microscope operating in an inverted dilution refrigerator. The MicroSQUIDs have a size of 1.21$ \ \mu$m\textsuperscript{2} and a magnetic flux sensitivity of 120 $\mu\Phi_{0} / \sqrt{\textrm{Hz}}$ and ...

Fabrication of a superhydrophobic mesh based on PDMS/SiO2 nanoparticles/PVDF microparticles/KH-550 by one-step dip-coating method

open access: yesRSC Advances, 2018
In this study, a facile one-step dip-coating approach was reported for fabrication of superhydrophobic copper mesh by using PDMS, SiO2 nanoparticles, PVDF microparticles and a couple agent 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-550).

Marine Geohazards: A Bibliometric-Based Review

open access: yesGeosciences, 2019
Marine geohazard research has developed during recent decades, as human activities intensified towards deeper waters. Some recent disastrous events (e.g., the 2004 Indian Ocean and 2011 Japan tsunamis) highlighted geohazards socioeconomic impacts. Marine
