Characterization and heterologous expression of the neoabyssomicin/abyssomicin biosynthetic gene cluster from Streptomyces koyangensis SCSIO 5802 [PDF]

open access: yesMicrobial Cell Factories, 2018
Background The deep-sea-derived microbe Streptomyces koyangensis SCSIO 5802 produces neoabyssomicins A–B (1–2) and abyssomicins 2 (3) and 4 (4). Neoabyssomicin A (1) augments human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) replication whereas abyssomicin 2 (3 ...

On the nature of the hard X-ray sources SWIFTJ1907.3-2050, IGRJ12123-5802 and IGRJ19552+0044 [PDF]

open access: yesMonthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 2013
The INTEGRAL and Swift hard X-ray surveys have identified a large number of new sources, among which many are proposed as Cataclysmic Variables (CVs).

Proper Motion of Water Masers Associated with IRAS 21391+5802: Bipolar Outflow and an AU-Scale Dusty Circumstellar Shell [PDF]

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal, 2000
We present VLBA observations of water maser emission associated with the star-forming region IRAS 21391+5802, which is embedded in a bright rimmed cometary globule in IC1396. The angular resolution of the maps is about 0.8 mas, corresponding to a spatial

Demographic and Comorbidity Barriers to Therapy Revision in Epilepsy: A Population‐Wide Investigation [PDF]

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, Volume 15, Issue 10, October 2025.
Swedish national registers identified all patients with incident epilepsy 2007–2019. Predictors for revising the first antiseizure‐medication therapy, defined as changing or starting a second antiseizure medication, were estimated using the Cox regression.

The dense molecular cores in the IRAS 21391+5802 region [PDF]

open access: yesAstronomy & Astrophysics, 2004
We present a detailed kinematical study and modeling of the emission of the molecular cores at ambient velocities surrounding IRAS 21391+5802, an intermediate-mass protostar embedded in IC 1396N. The high-density gas emission is found in association with three dense cores associated with the YSOs BIMA 1, BIMA 2, and BIMA 3. The CS (5-4) and CH3OH (5-4)

#5802 ASSESSMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL IGA NEPHROPATHY PREDICTION TOOL AFTER IGAN TREATMENT: A CASE-SERIES STUDY

open access: yesNephrology Dialysis Transplantation, 2023
Abstract Background and Aims IgAN have a variable clinical course and a considerable risk of ESKD. The 2021 KDIGO guidelines recognize the International IgAN Prediction Tool (IIgAN-PT) as a quantifier of progression risk at the time of kidney biopsy.

IRAS 21391 + 5802 - A study in intermediate mass star formation

open access: yesThe Astronomical Journal, 1993
We present infrared and millimeter wavelength observations of the cold IRAS source 21391 + 5802 and its associated molecular core. Infrared observations at lambda = 3.5 microns reveal a heavily obscured, central point source which is coincident with a compact lambda = 2.7 mm continuum and C18O emission region.

Desert and Sonic Ecosystems: Incorporating Environmental Factors within Site-Responsive Sonic Art

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2018
Advancements in embedded computer platforms have allowed data to be collected and shared between objects—or smart devices—in a network. While this has resulted in highly functional outcomes in fields such as automation and monitoring, there are also ...

Tuberculosis diagnosis: algorithm that May discriminate latent from active tuberculosis

open access: yesHeliyon, 2019
Diagnosis of tuberculosis still faces a lot of challenges and is one of the priorities in the field of tuberculosis management. Deciphering the complex tuberculosis pathogenicity network could provide biomarkers for diagnosis.
