Genetic Engineering of Tumor‐Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TIL) via a T‐Editor Platform to Enhance Anti‐Tumor Activity

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
A rapid and efficient CRISPR‐mediated gene editing platform for TIL engineering identified FAM84B as a novel potential target to enhance antitumor activity and pioneered the use of CBE to generate FAM84B loss‐of‐function TIL with enhanced antitumor activity.

Distinct Microbiota and Functional Pathway Profiles Define Success and Failure in Regenerative Endodontic Treatment

open access: yesInternational Endodontic Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Aim To characterize the intracanal microbiota and identify key microbial taxa and functional pathways associated with regenerative endodontic treatment (RET) outcomes. Methodology In this observational cohort study, 196 samples were collected at five time points from external tooth surfaces (T1, T4) and root canals (T2, T3, T5).

On the Impact of Re-Evaluation in 5G NR V2X Mode 2 [PDF]

open access: yes
5G NR V2X has been designed to support advanced connected and automated driving V2X services. These services are characterized by variable traffic patterns that can generate packet collisions in decentralized systems where vehicles autonomously select ...

Analysis of 5G NR coverage capability at 2.6 GHz

open access: yesDianxin kexue, 2019
The current research on 5G new air interface is mainly concentrated in the middle and high frequency bands. The low frequency band re-cultivation used by 4G is of great significance for 5G-scale contiguous networking, but there are few studies. On the basis

High‐quality genome of elite peanut cultivar ZH05 reveals subgenome asymmetry, pan‐genome diversity, and breeding insights

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
A high‐quality reference genome for the elite peanut cultivar Zhonghua No. 5 revealed differing evolutionary paths between the two peanut subgenomes. SubA has higher overall gene expression and more open chromatin, whereas SubB has stronger structural organization, higher DNA methylation, and greater adaptive diversity associated with peanut evolution ...

Remote Radio Frequency Sensing Based on 5G New Radio Positioning Reference Signals

open access: yesSensors
In this paper, the idea of a radar based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is applied to 5G NR Positioning Reference Signals (PRS). This study demonstrates how the estimation of the communication channel using the PRS can be applied ...

Archaeal Cytoskeletal Protein CetZ1 Influences Assembly of the Motility Machinery

open access: yesMolecular Microbiology, EarlyView.
The Haloferax volcanii tubulin‐like protein CetZ1 is required for rod‐cell morphogenesis and motility. We show that CetZ1 loss or GTPase inactivation impairs assembly of the motility machinery, including the archaellum base protein ArlD, the chemotaxis adaptor CheW1, and the response regulator CheY.
