A NIR‐II light‐activatable thermoelectric nanoreactor converts surface‐bound Cu2+ into bioactive Cu+ via directed electron flow. This spatiotemporally controlled reduction triggers potent cuproptosis and immunogenic cell death, eradicating primary tumors and, together with aPD‐1 therapy, suppressing metastases while establishing durable immune memory ...

Functionalized Biomimetic Scaffolds for Human‐Derived Auditory Neural Circuit Construction
In Vitro Auditory Circuit Model. ABSTRACT Damage to auditory circuits results in sensorineural hearing loss. However, the scarcity of human inner ear tissue significantly hinders the development of therapies to preserve auditory function, creating a critical need for reliable in vitro models.

Indoor Coexistence Analysis Among 5G New Radio, LTE-A and NB-IoT in the 700 MHz Band
This work reports a common indoor experimental coexistence performance analysis among 5G New Radio (5G NR), 4G Long Term Evolution Advanced Pro (LTE-A Pro) and Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT), using co-channel and adjacent channels in the 700 MHz ...

Intermittent fasting reshapes the gut microbiota in diabetic cardiomyopathy, restoring Akkermansia muciniphila and the microbiota‐associated metabolite 1‐methyl‐L‐histidine. This shift is linked to improved cardiac lipid homeostasis, reduced lipid peroxidation, and attenuated myocardial injury, highlighting a gut microbiota–metabolite–lipid axis in ...

Spectrum sharing for LTE and 5G-NR coexistence [PDF]
Spectrum sharing provides a rapid migration pathway toward 5G by enabling the coexistence of 4G LTE and 5G new radio (NR) that share the same spectrum. Due to significant differences in the LTE and 5G-NR air interfaces, several enablers are required to ...

In MYC‐enforced B‐cell lymphoma, SOX5 occupies promoter‐proximal regulatory regions and is associated with reduced chromatin accessibility at the PCNP locus. PCNP repression promotes proliferative remodeling by limiting apoptosis and cell‐cycle restraint.

The first nitrile reductive couplings beyond stoichiometric metals or metalloids are described. Using a ruthenium catalyst derived from RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 and Cy‐BIPHEP, 2‐propanol‐mediated reductive coupling of phenyl acrylate with aromatic or aliphatic nitriles delivers α,β‐unsaturated β‐amino esters.
