Long‐term trends in parasite diversity and infection levels: approaches and patterns
ABSTRACT Parasites exist in every ecosystem, affecting nearly all organisms and playing a complex role in human societies. On the one hand, they contribute substantially to biodiversity and support ecosystem stability by performing essential ecological functions.

Synthesis of Oligo‐Sulfonimidates by Exponential Growth via Sulfur‐Phenolate Exchange Reactions
A highly flexible iterative exponential growth strategy is used in combination with the sulfur‐phenolate exchange reaction to develop sequence‐defined oligosulfonimidates (16 mer). Combining this with sulfur‐fluorine exchange‐based iterative step growth, a bespoke 20 mer (Mw = 8.5 kDa) can be synthesized.

Density Functional Theory of doped superfluid liquid helium and nanodroplets
During the last decade, density function theory (DFT) in its static and dynamic time dependent forms, has emerged as a powerful tool to describe the structure and dynamics of doped liquid helium and droplets.

Association Between D‐amino Acids in Natto (fermented soybeans) and Kidney Dysfunction
XX XX ABSTRACT In this study, we examined clinical and cohort data to explore the potential renoprotective effects of natto (fermented soybeans) consumption and its relationship with D‐amino acids. In a clinical study, ten healthy adults consumed one 40‐g pack of natto three times in a single day, and plasma and urine samples were collected 1 h and 24 ...

Borel Ranks and Wadge Degrees of Context Free Omega Languages [PDF]
We show that, from a topological point of view, considering the Borel and the Wadge hierarchies, 1-counter B\"uchi automata have the same accepting power than Turing machines equipped with a B\"uchi acceptance condition. In particular, for every non null
