Oxygen Plasma‐Induced Modification of Structural and Electrical Properties of Pr0.5Sr0.5MnO3 Manganites

open access: yesphysica status solidi (a), Volume 221, Issue 20, October 2024.
Plasma exposure enhances the oxygen content in the sample and changes the MnO bond length by increasing the MnOMn bond angle. This affects the electronic bandwidth and boosts the conductivity of the sample and trims down the absolute value of the Seebeck coefficient.
