Approximate Carleman theorems and a Denjoy-Carleman maximum principle [PDF]
We give an extension of the Denjoy-Carleman theorem, which leads to a generalization of Carleman's theorem on the unique determination of probability measures by their moments. We also give complex versions of Carleman's theorem extending Theorem 4.1 of [

Young Suns Exoplanet Survey: Detection of a wide-orbit planetary-mass companion to a solar-type Sco-Cen member [PDF]
The Young Suns Exoplanet Survey consists of a homogeneous sample of 70 young, solar-mass stars located in the Lower Centaurus-Crux subgroup of the Scorpius-Centaurus association with an average age of 15 ± 3 Myr.

Prognostic role of miR‑760 in hepatocellular carcinoma
Previous studies have demonstrated that microRNA (miR)-760 serves an important role in various cancer types. However, to the best of our knowledge, its role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has not been fully elucidated. The current study investigated the prognostic role of miR-760 in HCC by using the Kaplan-Meier plotter database.

750 GeV Diphoton excess from $E_6$ in F-theory GUTs [PDF]
We interpret the 750-760 GeV diphoton resonance as one or more of the spinless components of a singlet superfield arising from the three 27-dimensional representations of $E_6$ in F-theory, which also contain three copies of colour-triplet charge $\mp 1 ...

Magnetism in Interstellar Nurseries at 760 Microns
The advent of telescopes operating in the extreme infrared (EIR = submillimeter wavelengths) located at dry sites on mountain tops now permits observations of high dust and gas density (n ~ 2 × 108 cm-3), small diameter (L ~ 0.06 pc; 12000 AU) clumps inside large interstellar nurseries. Using the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope (JCMT) at 760 μm (394 GHz)

Compact laser system for a laser-cooled ytterbium ion microwave frequency standard
The development of a transportable microwave frequency standard based on the ground-state transition of $^{171}\mathrm{Yb^{+}}$ at ~12.6 GHz requires a compact laser system for cooling the ions, clearing out of long-lived states and also for ...

GADA titer-related risk for organ-specific autoimmunity in LADA subjects subdivided according to gender (NIRAD study 6). [PDF]
CONTEXT: Latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) includes a heterogeneous population wherein, based on glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GADA) titer, different subgroups of subjects can be identified.

Brewing in the North West, 1840–1914: sowing the seeds of service-sector management? [PDF]
This paper explores the contours of brewing in the north-west of England in the period 1840 to 1914. While accounts of the region have been dominated by considerations of cotton and engineering, it is argued that there was considerable innovation in the ...

Conceptualising customer value in a leisure service setting: value is in the eye of the beholder. [PDF]
Currently there is little research that considers value or value creation from a sport and physical activity context or from the participant’s perspective.

Low-loss arrayed waveguide grating at 760 nm
An arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) at 760 nm is demonstrated with an insertion loss smaller than 0.5 dB. Interface roughness and waveguide length errors contribute much more to scattering loss and phase errors at 760 nm than at longer wavelengths, thus requiring improved design and fabrication.
