Effects of Various Annealing on the Thermoluminescence Behavior of Hexagonal Boron Nitride: A Group III–Nitride Semiconductor

With this study, the effects of different annealing methods on the dosimetric properties of the Group III–nitride semiconductor hexagonal boron nitride (h‐BN) were investigated. The TL glow curves displayed two peaks at 160°C and 255°C for annealing temperatures between 600°C and 900°C and durations of 1–30 min.

Розроблено новий метод вимірювання активності 90Sr в паливовмісних матеріалах без радіохімічного дослідження. Проведено вимірювання активності 90Sr в паливних частинках різного типу. Визначено ймовірність виникнення Кх-випромінення в процесі радіоактивного розпаду з випусканням електронів 90Sr та 90Y. Виконано порівняння з радіохімічними дослідженнями.
