هدف این پژوهش؛ تعیین نیازها، انگیزه‌ها و شناخت مشاغل مناسب زنان است. روش پژوهش، ارزش‌یابی است. بدین منظور از دو جامعه‌‌ی آماری– 762 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی از میان زنان شاغل در بخش‌های دولتی و 200 نفر از میان صاحب‌نظران در دست‌رس- استفاده ‌می‌شود.
