ABSTRACT Background An international Delphi panel of experts developed consensus statements to delineate the circumstances where the risks of dexamethasone as an antiemetic do and do not outweigh its benefits. Procedure Experts in supportive care of pediatric patients were invited to participate.

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Wilms tumour (WT) has excellent event‐free and overall survival (OS). However, small differences exist between countries participating in the same international study. This led us to examine variation in adherence to protocol recommendations as a potential contributing factor.

Radiative Corrections to Nonleptonic Inclusive B Decays and the Semileptonic Branching Ratio of B Mesons [PDF]
We calculate the radiative corrections to the nonleptonic inclusive B decay mode $b\to c ud$ taking into account the charm quark mass. The corrections increase the decay rate by (4--8)\%, depending on the renormalization point.

ABSTRACT Introduction Pre‐dilution online hemodiafiltration (Pre‐HDF) is predominantly used in Japan, whereas post‐dilution online HDF (Post‐HDF) is more common in Europe. An asymmetric cellulose triacetate (ATA) membrane may improve biocompatibility.

Duality Versus Supersymmetry and Compactification [PDF]
We study the interplay between T-duality, compactification and supersymmetry. We prove that when the original configuration has unbroken space-time supersymmetries, the dual configuration also does if a special condition is met: the Killing spinors of ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Emergence of superfluid transport in a dynamical system of ultracold atoms
The dynamics of a Bose-Einstein condensate is studied theoretically in a combined periodic plus harmonic external potential. Different dynamical regimes of stable and unstable collective dipole and Bloch oscillations are analysed in terms of a quantum ...

Shift versus no-shift in local regularizations of Chern-Simons theory [PDF]
We consider a family of local BRS-invariant higher covariant derivative regularizations of $SU(N)$ Chern-Simons theory that do not shift the value of the Chern-Simons parameter $k$ to $k+\,{\rm sign}(k)\,\cv$ at one loop.Comment: phyzzx, 6 pages, FTUAM ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
