Simply influenza A (H3N2)-associated encephalitis with seizure
The American Journal of Emergency Medicine, 2019Influenza-associated acute encephalopathy (IAE) is more prevalent in children than in adults and often results in neurological sequelae or even death. The Global Circulation of Seasonal Influenza A (H3N2) Viruses
Science, 2008Antigenic and genetic analysis of the hemagglutinin of â¼13,000 human influenza A (H3N2) viruses from six continents during 2002â2007 revealed that there was continuous circulation in east and Southeast Asia (E-SE Asia) via a region-wide network of temporally overlapping epidemics and that epidemics in the temperate regions were seeded from this ...

Poster: H3N2 influenza vaccine: A historical perspective
2011 IEEE 1st International Conference on Computational Advances in Bio and Medical Sciences (ICCABS), 2011We analyzed the dN/dS ratios of the vaccine strains against the immuno-escape mutant strain circulatings. Our preliminary analysis suggested the following: (1) Using graphical technique (see figure), we use sites (blue) with highest dN/dS ratios within the hyper-variable regions (red) (sites 100–200) of each flu season plotted against vaccine ...

Baicalin inhibits autophagy induced by influenza A virus H3N2
Antiviral Research, 2015Baicalin, a natural product isolated from Scutellariaradix, has been reported to have significant in vivo and in vitro anti-influenza virus activity, but the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood. In this study, we found that baicalin inhibited autophagy induced by influenza virus A3/Beijing/30/95 (H3N2) in both A549 and Ana-1 cells.
