Ets2 Is an Activity‐Dependent Transcriptional Regulator of a Fast‐Twitch Muscle Program

Ets2 is a transcription factor rapidly (24 h) upregulated in skeletal muscle by fast 150 Hz, but not slow 20 Hz, stimulation patterns. Ets2 selectively translocates to nuclei of slow soleus muscle when stimulated by fast‐patterned, but not slow‐patterned, activity.
