Three-Point Imaging Test for AASHTO Soil Classification

Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, 2009
A rapid, digital image–based test has been developed for the classification of highway subgrade materials according to the AASHTO system. The test involves segregating particles in a sedimentation column, then determining the elevations at which 2.0-, 0.425-, and 0.075-mm grains (No. 10, No. 40, and No. 200 sieves, respectively) are found.

An Analytical Investigation of AASHTO Load Equivalencies

1993
An objective of this study was to develop procedures and/or refined relationships between Kentucky ESALs and AASHTO ESALs. Kentucky load equivalency relationships are the result of mechanistic analyses based on elastic theory. AASHTO load equivalency relationships were developed from recorded empirical data collected at the AASHO Road Test.

Orta açıklıklı karayolu köprülerinin AASHTO standardına göre boyutlandırılması

2021
SUMMARY DESIGN OF HIGHWAY BRIDGES WITH MODERATE SPAN LENGTHS ACCORDING TO AASHTO In this study, design of highway bridges with moderate span lengths has been examined as steel composite beam and precast prestressed concrete beam according to AASHTO respectively. The bridges under consideration comprise simple girders.
