Different responses of northern and southern ecotypes of Betula pendula to exogenous ABA application
We investigated responses of northern and southern ecotypes of silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) to exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) under controlled environmental conditions to determine the role of ABA in cold acclimation and dormancy development ...

Abstract Background Seed shattering limits the production of Elymus sibiricus L., and application of exogenous brassinosteroid significantly alleviates plant organ abscission. Methods To explore the potential regulatory network of brassinosteroid on seed shattering, the abscission zone of E. sibiricus cv. Lanyu No.

The effect of awns on seed yield and germination characteristics in Elymus nutans Griseb.
The effect of awns on seed yield. Three‐year field trials demonstrated that awns significantly regulate seed yield components and germination characteristics of Elymus nutans Griseb, laying a theoretical foundation for the breeding of high‐yielding forage varieties and seed production.

Interactions between drought, ABA application and supplemental UV-B in Populus yunnanensis
To test whether drought and ABA application alter the effects of enhanced UV-B on the growth and biomass allocation of Populus yunnanensis Dode, cuttings were grown in pots at two ABA levels, two watering regimes and two UV-B levels for one growth season.
