ABSTRACT Chemotherapy‐induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a potentially long‐term consequence of oxaliplatin‐based chemotherapy for colorectal cancer (CRC). Oxaliplatin dosing is based on body surface area (BSA), but lean body mass (LBM) may influence susceptibility to long‐term CIPN.
