Acta Cardiologica, 2012We describe a case of a middle-aged woman, known with situs inversus totalis. She was suffering from progressive dyspnoea. With different imaging techniques we came to the correct diagnosis, a partial abnormal pulmonary venous return, which was surgically confirmed.
