ABSTRACT This article identifies assistive technologies (ATs) as ‘pre‐technologies’ mediating access to other technologies for disabled subjects (DSs). The motivation is to show that without ATs, DSs cannot be said to have the same level of access to freedom and self‐forming activities as able‐bodied subjects.

Single‐cell RNA‐seq of normal and endometritis endometrium shows reduced epithelial cells and fate divergence toward ferroptosis or ribosome/antigen‐presentation programs. Delivery Routes and Anesthesia Affect Cord Blood NGF, BDNF, and Neonatal Outcomes
Nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain‐derived neurotrophin (BDNF) play a role in brain maturation. Cord blood values do not differ between vaginal delivery and CS cases. In CS cases with spinal anesthesia, high BDNF and NGF values were associated with high cord blood pH and APGAR scores.
