Plasma-polymerized coating for polycarbonate: Single-layer, abrasion resistant, and antireflection [PDF]
Plasma-polymerized vinyl trimethoxy silane films were deposited on transparent polycarbonate substrates. The adherent, clear films protected the substrates from abrasion and also served as antireflection coatings.
