Treatment of pemphigoid vegetans with abrocitinib
Clinical and Experimental DermatologyTo our knowledge, we report the first case of 43-year-old female patient with recalcitrant pemphigoid vegetans successfully treated with a combination of the selective Janus kinase 1 inhibitor abrocitinib and oral corticosteroids. After abrocitinib therapy at a dose of 100 mg per day, the itching relieved significantly within 24 h.
