Uncoupling Type I Interferon Benefits From Inflammatory Toxicity: Transformer‐Prioritized Precision Agonists for Potent and Safer Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A Transformer‐based AI framework, DLINP, screens millions of compounds to identify Co68, a cobalt‐pincer organometallic complex that biases TLR4‐MD2 signaling toward antitumor interferon activation while suppressing inflammatory toxicity through an early TLR4‐SYK‐STAT1 axis.

The theory of abrogation : a critical evaluation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Abrogation (naskh) in the Qur'an constitutes one of the most controversial issues in the Islamic legacy. There are two groups of scholars, one supporting it and the other denying its existence in the Qur'an.

MZF1 Inhibits TGFβ‐1/SMAD Signaling by Transcriptionally Activating SnoN to Augment Tumorigenic Potential in Colon Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies MZF1 as a core regulator of colon cancer via SnoN‐mediated TGF‐β suppression, proposes 10Panx Acetate as a targeted inhibitor, and validates MZF1/SnoN as prognostic markers for aggressive disease. ABSTRACT Colon cancer progression is associated with transcriptional and signaling abnormalities.

BRCA2 abrogation triggers innate immune responses potentiated by treatment with PARP inhibitors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
International audienceHeterozygous germline mutations in BRCA2 predispose to breast and ovarian cancer. Contrary to non-cancerous cells, where BRCA2 deletion causes cell cycle arrest or cell death, tumors carrying BRCA2 inactivation continue to ...

Switching Spike Plasticity Shapes ACE2 Engagement Across SARS‐CoV‐2 Variants

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conformational plasticity governs SARS‐CoV‐2 spike function and ACE2 recognition. Using high‐speed AFM and single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we analyzed the ancestral spike and nine variants, revealing progressive rigidification from Delta, variable plasticity in Omicron sublineages, and JN.1 compaction.

p300‐Mediated H3K18 Lactylation Drives Radiation‐Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis via VIRMA‐Dependent m6A Modification of GATA3

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Radiation triggers glycolytic reprogramming in alveolar epithelial type II cells, causing pathological lactate accumulation. This metabolic stress drives p300‐mediated H3K18 lactylation at the VIRMA promoter, activating transcription. Elevated VIRMA enriches m6A on GATA3 mRNA, which YTHDF1 stabilizes, ultimately driving epithelial–mesenchymal ...
