Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) pathogenesis remains unclear. This study reveals that thymus‐originated IL‐7R‐enriched extracellular vesicles exacerbate colitis by promoting neutrophil extracellular traps via a thymus‐gut axis, uncovering an inter‐organ communication mechanism in inflammatory bowel disease pathogenesis.

All patients operated for oesophageal cancer in Sweden from 2013 to April 2018 were identified, and 246 patients were recruited to this population‐based nationwide Swedish study. Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.

A biomimetic GOx/Arg‐loaded nanoplatform produces nitric oxide through an in situ catalytic cascade reaction, enabling dual‐target metabolic regulation in diabetes‐associated biofilm infections. Bacterial metabolism is disrupted, and macrophage immunometabolism is reprogrammed, resulting in biofilm eradication, immune restoration, and enhanced ...

In septic cardiomyopathy, PARP7 directly binds TBK1 and mediates its ADP‐ribosylation, thereby repressing TBK1‐driven proinflammatory signaling in macrophages. ABSTRACT Septic cardiomyopathy is a life‐threatening complication of sepsis, and an uncontrolled inflammatory response represents a key pathogenic mechanism. PARP7 negatively regulates the IFN‐I
