Harnessing synthetic key receptor modulators, this study presents a breakthrough in Wnt/β‐catenin regulation. The FZD agonist RRP‐pbFn bypasses LRP5/6 to drive organoid expansion and tissue regeneration, while the LRP antagonist RRP‐Dkk1c eradicates tumors. These tools enable precise pathway control, advancing regenerative and cancer therapies.

Neoadjuvant glucocorticoids facilitated less invasive and more complete resection of advanced B‐type thymomas, leading to reduced operative morbidity and improved progression‐free survival compared to upfront surgery. This study supports a novel downstaging strategy for this challenging disease.

Patient‐Controlled Sedation in Port Implantation (PACSPI 2)—A Randomised Clinical Trial
ABSTRACT Optimising pain management during subcutaneous venous port (SVP) implantation is essential for patient‐centred cancer care. However, evidence‐based approaches to minimise intraoperative pain remain underexplored. This trial evaluated the clinical effectiveness and safety of the propofol‐alfentanil patient‐controlled sedation (PCS) technique as

To compare the acute and long‐term outcomes of high‐power ablation for typical atrial flutter using a 4‐mm irrigated catheter (4‐IC) versus an 8‐mm non‐irrigated catheter (8‐NIC). We conducted a retrospective cohort study of 215 patients who underwent cavotricuspid isthmus (CTI) ablation between January 2019 and December 2024.

ABSTRACT Objective Successful adrenal venous sampling (AVS) is traditionally assessed using the ratio of cortisol in adrenal to peripheral venous plasma to calculate the selectivity index. With mass spectrometry other steroids can be simultaneously measured that may improve numbers of apparent successful sampling procedures.
