MARS‐Diff: Guarded Residual Diffusion for Leakage‐Disciplined Probabilistic Portfolio‐Loss Forecasting

open access: yesJournal of Forecasting, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper develops Masked Asset–Regime Scenario Diffusion (MARS‐Diff), a leakage‐disciplined framework for probabilistic forecasting of multiday portfolio losses. The framework combines a regularized heterogeneous autoregressive model with exogenous predictors (HAR‐X) as its anchor, a train‐only masked representation of a high‐dimensional ...

Coupled Assessment of Injection Pressure–Driven Risk, Trapping Evolution, and Cost Uncertainty in Geological CO2 Storage

open access: yesGreenhouse Gases: Science and Technology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Scaling geological CO2 storage requires simultaneously controlling plume migration, pressure buildup, geomechanical integrity, and monitoring cost under deep subsurface uncertainty. Yet early‐stage assessments often treat these elements in isolation, obscuring the decision‐critical couplings between pressure‐defined regulatory exposure and ...

Clinicoepidemiologic Profile of Oral Kaposi Sarcoma in People Living With HIV: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesHead &Neck, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background To characterize the clinicoepidemiologic profile of HIV‐associated oral Kaposi sarcoma (OKS) and quantitatively synthesize its frequency, anatomical distribution, and temporal patterns across antiretroviral therapy (ART) eras. Methods Six databases and gray literature were searched.

The Efficiency Trap of Agentic AI in Human Resource Management

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Agentic AI transforms HRM from data‐driven support to autonomous execution. Organizations deploy these recursive workflows to eliminate human implementation variance, yet we challenge the assumption that such alignment remains optimal. Drawing on Weick's theory of loose coupling, we argue that delegating HR execution to agentic AI creates ...

Industry Signals and the Dynamics of Stock Market Predictability

open access: yesInternational Journal of Finance &Economics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We investigate whether industry portfolios contain information that forecasts aggregate stock market returns. Earlier research reports evidence of their usefulness as predictors, yet later studies find weaker and unstable effects. Using updated U.S.

The womb as the cradle of longevity: Perinatal origins of biological aging

open access: yesInternational Journal of Gynecology &Obstetrics, EarlyView.
Abstract The perinatal period is increasingly recognized as an important determinant of biological aging trajectories and disease susceptibility across the lifespan. This narrative review synthesizes current evidence linking intrauterine exposures to adult health outcomes across three biological dimensions: fetal programming, maternal influences, and ...

Geriatric Regenerative Medicine: Mechanisms, Strategies, and Clinical Translation

open access: yesiNew Medicine, EarlyView.
The pathological drivers of aging—stem cell exhaustion, cellular senescence with SASP, and aged extracellular matrix—are precisely targeted by three corresponding mechanism‐based strategies: stem cell therapies (rejuvenation, regeneration, and replacement), senolytic/senomorphic agents (D + Q, fisetin, vaccines, and CAR‐T), and senescence‐targeting ...

Discrepant Urinary Findings Between Dipstick Protein and Sulfosalicylic Acid Test in a Patient With Hyaline Casts: A Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
In this post‐transplant patient, increased hyaline casts with negative dipstick protein but positive SSA testing occurred during evolving acute kidney injury and resolved with renal recovery. This discordant urinalysis pattern may warrant confirmatory protein testing and correlation with serial renal function in patients at high risk of AKI.

Normative scores and clinical cut‐offs of the Cyclothymic–Hypersensitive Temperament Questionnaire in adolescence

open access: yesJCPP Advances, EarlyView.
Abstract Background The Cyclothymic–Hypersensitive Temperament (CHT) is a multidimensional, transdiagnostic affective disposition characterized by mood instability, interpersonal sensitivity, heightened emotional reactivity and impulsive behaviors. The CHT Questionnaire (CHTQ) currently lacks of normative references and empirically derived thresholds ...
