Properties of absolute summability matrices [PDF]
The inverse image of 11 under A is denoted by IA. In [7, p. 129] Steinhaus proved, that if A is a regular (i.e., limitpreserving) matrix, then there is a sequence of 0's and l's such that Ax is not convergent. It follows immediately that a regular matrix cannot sum every bounded sequence. (Cf. [6].) The principal result of this paper is the analogue of

Countable state shifts and uniqueness of g-measures
In this paper we present a new approach to studying g-measures which is based upon local absolute continuity. We extend the result in [11] that square summability of variations of g-functions ensures uniqueness of g-measures.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

On Absolute Summability Factors
\textit{T. M. Flett} [Proc.~Lond. Math.~Soc., III. Ser. 7, 113--141 (1957; Zbl 0109.04402)] has defined absolute summability of order \(k\) in the following manner:\ Let \(\{s_n\}\) be the sequence of partial sums of the infinite series \(\sum a_n\), and let \(\sigma_n^\alpha\) denote the \(n\)th Cesàro mean, of order \(\alpha>-1\), of \(\{s_n ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Summability factors between the absolute Cesàro methods
If Σε_{n}x_{n} is summable by the method Y whenever Σx_{n} is summable by the method X, then we say that the factor ε=(ε_{n}) is of type (X,Y) and denote by (X,Y).

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...
