Truss-based Structural Diversity Search in Large Graphs (Extended Abstract)
2021 IEEE 37th International Conference on Data Engineering (ICDE), 2021Structural diversity, the multiplicity of social contexts inside an individual’s contact neighborhood, is shown to play an important role in the social contagion process. Existing models have limited decomposability for analyzing large-scale networks, which may suffer from the inaccurate reflection of social context diversity. In this paper, we propose

Improving Abstractive Dialogue Summarization with Graph Structures and Topic Words
Proceedings of the 28th International Conference on Computational Linguistics, 2020Recently, people have been beginning paying more attention to the abstractive dialogue summarization task. Since the information flows are exchanged between at least two interlocutors and key elements about a certain event are often spanned across multiple utterances, it is necessary for researchers to explore the inherent relations and structures of ...

Annotated structure shape graphs for abstract analysis of Prolog
1996The paper presents an abstract interpretation of Prolog that derives information about the shape and sharing of structures to which variables are bound at runtime. The purpose is to support analysis of live structures, which in turn supports compile-time memory reuse.

A Graph Polynomial Arising from Community Structure (Extended Abstract)
2010Inspired by the study of community structure in connection networks, we introduce the graph polynomial $Q\left( G;x,y\right)$, as a bivariate generating function which counts the number of connected components in induced subgraphs. We analyze the features of the new polynomial. First, we re-define it as a subset expansion formula.

Abstract 3570: Germline structural variant detection with variation graphs
Cancer Research, 2017Abstract Structural variants play a major role in many cancers. However, classical methods of detection rely on searching for mapping signatures and a perpetual “rediscovering” of variants relative to the reference. A more efficient technique would be to map directly against known variants.
