From conference to journal: Analyzing the path to publication for EUGA and JOGS 2022 abstracts
Abstract Objective To determine the full‐text publication rate of abstracts presented at the European Urogynaecological Association (EUGA) and the Junior Obstetrics and Gynecology Society (JOGS) annual scientific meetings in 2022, and to compare variables such as publication format, number of authors, and journal impact factor.

Syntax without Abstract Objects
In line with the nominalistic denial of the existence of abstract objects, a basic theory of syntax for formal languages is developed and shown to satisfy certain fundamental requirements.

Abstract Infant‐directed singing (IDSi) is a natural means of dyadic communication that contributes to children's mental health by enhancing emotion expression, close relationships, exploration and learning. Therefore, it is important to learn about factors that impact the IDSi.

ABSTRACT Introduction Adolescents are particularly susceptible to peer influence and at higher risk of engaging in problematic behaviors through peer interactions, but also vary in the extent to which they are influenced by their peers. Resistance to peer influence, the tendency to refuse undesired peer pressure, is one key factor for this variation ...

Abstract Divergent thinking (DT) is an important constituent of creativity that captures aspects of fluency and originality. The literature lacks multivariate studies that report relationships between DT and its aspects with relevant covariates, such as cognitive abilities, personality traits (e.g. openness), and insight. In two multivariate studies (N

A Local Projections Approach to Difference‐in‐Differences
ABSTRACT We propose a local projections (LPs)‐based difference‐in‐differences (DiD) approach that subsumes many of the recent solutions proposed in the literature to address possible biases arising from negative weighting. We combine LPs with a flexible “clean control” condition to define appropriate sets of treated and control units.

Abstract syntax and logic programming
When writing programs to manipulate structures such as algebraic expressions, logical formulas, proofs, and programs, it is highly desirable to take the linear, human-oriented, concrete syntax of these structures and parse them into a more computation-oriented syntax.

Syntax and Semantics of Abstract Binding Trees
The contribution of this paper is the development of the syntax and semantics of multi-sorted nominal abstract binding trees (abts), an extension of second order universal algebra to support symbol-indexed families of operators. Nominal abts are essential for correctly treating the syntax of languages with generative phenomena, including exceptions and
