Moiré band engineering in graphene/hexagonal boron nitride–based superlattices unlocks van Hove singularities (VHSs) for terahertz (THz) optoelectronics. Tuning the Fermi level near these singularities, associated with secondary neutrality points (SNPs), enhances the photothermoelectric response.

Space charge dynamics in low density polyethylene under dc electric fields
In this paper space charge dynamics in low-density polyethylene (LDPE) under different dc electric fields, ranging from 25 kV/mm to 125 kV/mm, have been investigated using the pulsed electroacoustic (PEA) technique. Bipolar space charges have been formed

Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

Electrospinning Using AC Electric Fields
Abstract Electrospinning is increasingly used as a staple technology for the fabrication of nano‐ and micro‐fibers of different materials. Most processes utilize direct current (DC) electrospinning, and a multitude of DC‐electrospinning tools ranging from research to commercial production systems is currently available. Yet, there are

Monopole Josephson effects in a Dirac spin liquid
Dirac spin liquids (DSLs) are gapless featureless states, yet interesting by virtue of the effective field theory describing them—(2 + 1)-dimensional quantum electrodynamics (QED_{3}).
