, 2014 Es una especie pionera y heliófita de rápido crecimiento, que en su hábitat natura l alcanza de 25 a 30 m de altura y diámetros de hasta 90 cm. El tronco es generalmente recto y libre de ramas hasta las dos terceras partes de su altura total. No obstante, en plantaciones tiende a producir más de un eje y a bifurcarse. Tiene copa redonda si está aislado.

BioResources, 2015 Pyrolytic degradation of Acacia mangium wood was studied. The chemical composition of biomass, immediate and elemental analyses and calorific value for biomass and char, were determined. The standard and the derivative curve thermogravimetric analysis (TGA and DTG) were obtained.
