The GBA1 p.E427K (p.E388K) Variant Is a Risk Factor for Synucleinopathies: A Meta‐Analysis

Abstract Background Variants in GBA1 are important genetic risk factors for synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD). Although several GBA1 variants are established risk or severity modifiers, the role of the p.E427K variant remains unclear.

Lectotypifications and taxonomic changes in the holoparasitic Orobanchaceae

Based on further extensive studies of specimens in various herbaria, lectotypes are designated for many taxa of holoparasitic Orobanchaceae. In particular, 47 names in the genera Boschniakia (incl. Xylanche), Cistanche, Orobanche, Phelipanche and Phelypaea are lectotypified.

Breynia phuongiana (Phyllanthaceae), a new species from the Central Highlands of Vietnam
