Results 1 to 10 of about 3,172 (226)
We obtained the rupture process and slip distribution of the 2022 Mw6.6 Menyuan earthquake by jointly inverting accelerogram data and InSAR measurements. The near-field InSAR measurements provide good constraints on the shallow slip distributions (6 km).

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF ACCELEROGRAMS OF REAL STRONG EARTHQUAKES
. Objectives The statistical analysis of real accelerograms is considered. For this purpose, graphs of real accelerograms are enlarged in abscissa and ordinate, allowing the appropriate measurements to be made and the accelerograph records to be ...

Research progress of baseline correction for near-field strong motion accelerogram
The baseline drift is often found in strong motion accelerograms, especially in the near-field accelerogram. The small baseline drift in accelerogram will lead to linear drift in the velocity time history obtained through single integration and parabolic

Modelling and Simulation of Reinforced Concrete Bridges with varying percentages of Shape Memory Alloy Rods [PDF]
Earthquakes constitute a major problem for mankind resulting in loss of lives and structures. Smart structural materials such as Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) suppress the structural vibration in a structure by adjusting the dynamic performance of the ...

Probabilistic estimation seismic resistance of spatial steel frame under earthquake
Relevance. By its nature, seismic action is represented by the accelerogram a pronounced multidimensional random process, generally containing six components. The calculation in the deterministic formulation does not always allow to adequately assess the
