Single‐cell insights into the role of T cells in B‐cell malignancies
Single‐cell technologies have transformed our understanding of T cell–tumor cell interactions in B‐cell malignancies, revealing new T‐cell subsets, functional states, and immune evasion mechanisms. This Review synthesizes these findings, highlighting the roles of T cells in pathogenesis, progression, and therapy response, and underscoring their ...

When Can We Answer Queries Using Result-Bounded Data Interfaces? [PDF]
We consider answering queries on data available through access methods, that provide lookup access to the tuples matching a given binding. Such interfaces are common on the Web; further, they often have bounds on how many results they can return, e.g ...

Coping with Semilattices of Relations in Logics with Relative Accessibility Relations [PDF]
We present a class of polymodal logics for which the set of terms indexing the modal connectives can be hierarchized in two levels: the set of Boolean terms and the set of terms built upon the set of Boolean terms. The semantical structures of the logics contains a family of binary relations that can be viewed a homomorphism between semilattices ...

A Spatial analysis on the relation between accessibility and spatial development for Cross-border regions [PDF]
El desarrollo regional transfronterizo es, en la actualidad, una de las principales preocupaciones de la UE. Normalmente, estas regiones tienen menos dinámica socio-económica.

From omics to AI—mapping the pathogenic pathways in type 2 diabetes
Integrating multi‐omics data with AI‐based modelling (unsupervised and supervised machine learning) identify optimal patient clusters, informing AI‐driven accurate risk stratification. Digital twins simulate individual trajectories in real time, guiding precision medicine by matching patients to targeted therapies.

Ambiguities in order-theoretic formulations of thermodynamics [PDF]
Since the 1909 work of Carath\'eodory, formulations of thermodynamics have gained ground which highlight the role of the the binary relation of adiabatic accessibility between equilibrium states.

ERBIN limits epithelial cell plasticity via suppression of TGF‐β signaling
In breast and lung cancer patients, low ERBIN expression correlates with poor clinical outcomes. Here, we show that ERBIN inhibits TGF‐β‐induced epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in NMuMG breast and A549 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. ERBIN suppresses TGF‐β/SMAD signaling and reduces TGF‐β‐induced ERK phosphorylation.
