P3FI–90 treatment targets KDM3B, reshapes the epigenetic landscape, and suppresses SHP1 expression, thereby activating STING–TBK1–IRF3–type I IFN signaling pathway. A CASE OF MALE INVASIVE LOBULAR CARCINOMA ARISING FROM AN ACCESSORY BREAST
症例は73歳,男性.左腋窩に発赤を伴う硬いしこりを自覚し,前医受診.皮膚生検にて低分化腺癌,ER(+),GCDFP-15(+)と診断され,当科紹介となった.視触診/MMG/CTで乳房内や腋窩リンパ節に異常を認めなかったが,腋窩外側部に皮膚に露出する3cm大の腫瘤を認めた.副乳原発乳癌を疑い,腫瘍切除+腋窩リンパ節郭清術を施行した.病理組織所見では,腫瘍細胞は索状に配列し,一部で腺管構造を形成していた.免疫染色にてER(+),E-cadherin(-)を示した.腫瘍周囲には乳腺類似構造も認められ,一部には腫瘍が浸潤していた.以上より最終診断は副乳原発小葉癌とした.リンパ節転移陰性,HER2陰性であり,Tamoxifenを投与し,約6カ月無再発生存中である.男性乳癌は全乳癌の約1%を占めるといわれるが ...
