Inspired by peristalsis, a soft polymer belt generates a traveling‐wave, enabling 270° rotation when heated. Cooling stiffens the belt, locking it in position and enabling it to withstand high loads.

The Treatment of Accessory Nerve Injury.
We reported two patients with iatrogenic accessory nerve palsy. In one patient the nerve was damaged during a lymph node biopsy and in another during a neck operation. In both patients paralysis of the trapezius muscle occurred with deformity and loss of function of the shoulder.
