Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology, 2020AbstractVariant accessory pathways include atriofascicular, nodofascicular, nodoventricular, atrio‐Hisian, and fasciculoventricular pathways. Atriofascicular pathways are the most common with others occurring rarely. The anatomical descriptions, electrocardiographic findings, electrophysiologic findings, and clincial manifestations are discussed.
