ABSTRACT A 5‐year‐old girl from an endemic area presented with progressive hemiparesis. Imaging revealed a large right frontoparietal cyst. Preoperative antiparasitic treatment was administered before a PAIR‐D Craniotomy, resulting in the successful removal of the cyst intact. Histopathology confirmed E. granulosus.
