Microbial and Photolytic Degradation of the Herbicide Acetochlor

International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry, 2000
Abstract Time-course of the microbial degradation of the herbicide acetochlor was studied in commercial black mold and products of degradation were followed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). After 1-year-exposure in soil only 9% of the parent molecule was found and two metabolites were identified. The estimated half-life (t1/2) of the

Photodegradation Rate and Products of Acetochlor in Aqueous Solution

2008 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering, 2008
Photodegradation of acetochlor [2-chloro-N-(ethoxymethyl)-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphe myl) acetamide] was carried out in water and water-H2O2 solution under high pressure mercery lamp(HPML) or sunlight illuminating. The result shown that the photodegradation of acetochlor followed the first-order kinetics.

[The transferability of acetochlor and butachlor in soil].

Huan jing ke xue= Huanjing kexue, 2002
The transferability of acetochlor and butachlor in soil was studied by soil thin layer chromatography. Acetochlor and butachlor were dropped on the glass plate and spreaded soil on the glass plate was collected per 2 cm, then acetochlor and butachlor were analyzed quantitatively by HPlC. When river water was as the spread solution, Rf(relative flow) of
