In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

ABSTRACT Electronic waste has emerged as a major environmental challenge, driven by the massive consumption and a limited lifetime of modern electronic devices, stimulating the development of sustainable electronics. Here, an all‐biomaterial gelatin‐choline‐citric acid ([Ch][CA]) ionogel is developed as an active binder to realize self‐sintered ...

It has been shown that dry powder inhaler (DPI) formulations typically achieve low fine particle fractions (poor performance). A commonly held theory is that this is due, at least in part, to low levels of detachment of drug from lactose during ...

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

Gas-phase ketonization of acetic acid over Co–Mo and its supported catalysts
Ketonization of acetic acid was carried out in the gas phase over bulk and supported cobalt–molybdenum catalysts using a fixed-bed reactor. The conditions of the reaction were: 0.2 g of catalyst, 200–400°C, 1 bar pressure, 2 vol% of acetic acid and 20 mL

HEC/PVDF coated glass substrate for acetone liquid sensor
An acetone liquid sensor has been successfully demonstrated by utilizing glass substrate coated with Hydroxyethylcellulose/Polyvinylidene Fluoride (HEC/PVDF). The sensing mechanism is based on the change in refractive index (RI) of the HEC/PVDF coating

Spatially Modulated Morphotropic Phase Boundaries in a Compressively Strained Multiferroic Thin Film
ABSTRACT The coexisting rhombohedral‐like (R′, MA) and tetragonal‐like (T′, MC) monoclinic phases in compressively strained bismuth ferrite thin films exhibit exceptional piezoelectric and magnetic properties. While previous studies have largely focused on probing the morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) comprising ordered R′/T′ twins, their self ...
