Construction of Active Sites‐Accessible Au8 Clusters for Intensive Tumor Pyroptosis
Ethynylferrocene (EFc) was utilized to engineer molecular‐like gold nanoclusters (NCs) with accessibly catalytic centers, resulting in NCs exhibiting excellent peroxidase‐like activity and the ability to radiosensitize, leading to the production of intracellular oxidative stress and activation of pyroptosis.

Enaminone‐Based Push–Pull Chromophores: Synthesis, Optical Properties, and Computational Insights
Enaminones, known for their pharmacophoric properties, were combined with alkyne units to create complex chromophore structures through click‐type [2 + 2] cycloaddition‐retroelectrocyclization reactions. The ICT characteristics of the synthesized compounds were analyzed using both experimental and computational approaches.

Mannich Reaction of Secondary Benzylzinc Reagents: Synthesis of α,β‐Disubstituted β‐Arylethylamines
The organometallic Mannich multicomponent reaction (MCR) of secondary benzylzinc reagents is described. The final α,β‐disubstituted β‐arylethylamines are obtained in generally high yields. The reaction is however characterized by a general lack of diastereoselectivity. A possible explanation is provided.
