DEVELOPMENT OF ACHIMOV DEPOSITS SEDIMENTATION MODEL OF ONE OF THE WEST SIBERIAN OIL AND GAS PROVINCE FIELDS

2023
The Geological Process Modelling (GPM) module developed for the Petrel software package enables digital modelling of natural processes of erosion, transportation and deposition of clastic sediments. Modelling of cones of removal was carried out for Achimov strata of the Western Siberia field.

Frac Size Matters: The Experience of Achimov Deposits Development in Urengoyskoe Gas Condensate Field

SPE Russian Petroleum Technology Conference, 2017
Abstract Urengoyskoe oil and gas condensate field is second large conventional reserve of gas condensate in the world. Active development of Achimov deposits of this field is in progress now. Specific features of Achimov layers are low permeability, extremely high reservoir pressure and 15-90 meters of Net Pay.

Features of The Geological Structure of The Achimov Deposits on The Example of The Urengoyskoye Field

GeoBaikal 2020, 2020
Summary The Urengoyskoye oil and gas condensate field is unique in terms of hydrocarbon reserves, the reserves of the field are concentrated in the Cenomanian, Valanginian and Achimov deposits. Achimov deposits, containing the main hydrocarbon reserves within the license block, are characterized by a complex geological structure, especially ...

GEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIC MATTER IN THE ACHIMOV DEPOSITS OF WESTERN SIBERIA AND THEIR OIL AND GAS POTENTIAL

30th International Meeting on Organic Geochemistry (IMOG 2021), 2021
Summary The report considers the geochemical features of the Achimov deposits of the West Siberian oil and gas basin, occurring in the lower Lower Cretaceous. The Neocomian oil and gas complex in Western Siberia has been studied relatively fully, but the geochemical features of the Achimov deposits continue to remain insufficiently studied. The Achimov

Selective Oil-Field Exploitation System Features with Horizontal Wells Multi-Stage Fracturing of Achimov Deposits in Case AHRP

SPE Russian Petroleum Technology Conference, 2019
Abstract Achimovsky deposits of the North of Western Siberia are characterized by variability of the reservoir on lateral and in vertical directions that leads to increased development risk. A main objective of the paper is definition of an optimal development scheme of pilot project sector and to use the received results in creation of ...

Recovery Conditions of Sedimentation Achimov Deposits on the Result of RGB-analysis of Seismic Data

Proceedings, 2014
Efficient planning and accommodation of wells confronts the task of detailed seismic study of the geological structure of the formation and localization of perspective objects inside it. Therefore, to reduce the risk in drilling new oil reservoirs and to limit the already explored objects requires information about the conditions of their sedimentation.
