Solution Structures and Acidity Constants of Molybdic Acid

The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, 2013
Experiment has not been able to discriminate between the oxo (MoO3·(H2O)3) and oxyhydroxide (MoO2(OH)2·(H2O)2) forms of molybdic acid.

Dissociation Constants of Carboxylic Acids in Formamide

Nature, 1960
IT has already been shown1,2 that the dissociation constants Ka of formic and acetic acid are lower in formamide than in water although the dielectric constant of the former is much larger than that of the latter. The variation of Ka with temperature may, in both solvents, be described by a reduced curve proposed by Earned and Embree3:

Dissociation constants of hydropseudohalic acids

Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1966
Abstract By means of potentiometric titration with hydrochloric acid of solutions of pseudohalide salts at several ionic strengths and temperatures, p Q a and K a o values have been obtained for HCN, HN 3 , HOCN and HSCN. From pH studies HSeCN is shown to be a very stong acid.

Dissociation constants of some organic acids

Talanta, 1984
Dissociation constants of di(nonylphenyl)dithiophosphoric acid, di(nonylphenyl)phosphoric acid and 9-phenyltetracosansulphuric acid, determined by two methods, are reported.

Dissociation constants of polyfluorocarboxylic acids

Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry, 2007
The effect of the structure and molecular weight of fluorocarboxylic acids on their dissociation constants in acetonitrile and its mixtures with water and methanol was studied.

Acidity constants in the triplet state

Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. Series A. Mathematical and Physical Sciences, 1961
Abstract Acidity constants of the lowest triplet state have been determined for seven aromatic molecules by two independent methods. In the first method the triplet state is populated by flash photolysis and the acid-base equilibrium is studied spectrophotometrically.

Dissociation constants of perfluoroalkanoic acids

Monatshefte für Chemie - Chemical Monthly, 2017
The dissociation constants of six selected perfluoroalkanoic acids (from perfluoropentanoic to perfluorodecanoic acid) were determined using neutralization potentiometric titration method. The values of determined dissociation constants ranges from pK a = 2.17 to 2.44, and they are in partial agreement with published data ...
