Protolytic equilibria of bromazepam [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2002
The protolytic equilibria of bromazepam, an ampholyte sparingly soluble in water, in homogeneous and heterogeneous systems were studied in the pH range 0–14 at 25 ?C and at ionic strength of 0.1 mol/dm3 (NaCl).

Structurally Distinct Active Sites in the Copper(II)-Substituted Aminopeptidases from \u3cem\u3eAeromonas proteolytica\u3c/em\u3e and \u3cem\u3eEscherichia coli\u3c/em\u3e [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
The aminopeptidase from Aeromonas proteolytica (AAP) was titrated with copper, which bound sequentially at two distinct sites. Both the mono- and disubstituted forms of AAP exhibited catalytic hyperactivity relative to the native dizinc enzyme ...

Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Dissociation Constants of Hexosephosphoric Acids.

open access: yesExperimental Biology and Medicine, 1927
Hexosediphosphoric acid from yeast and hexosemonophosphoric acid from muscle (lactacidogen) were kindly made available from preparations by Professor Embden. Electrometric titration showed both stronger than pure phosphoric acid in the region of the first and, more conspicuously, in that of the second dissociation constant.

The effect of β-cyclodextrin and pH on bifonazole hydrosolubility [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2004
The equlibria of bifonazole in saturated water solution within the pH range 4 to 10 [I = 0.1 mol/dm3 (NaCl); 25 ºC] were studied spectrophotometrically. Based on the equlibrium constants determined in a heterogeneous system, the acidity constant (pKa = 5.

Influence of aerosol acidity on the chemical composition of secondary organic aerosol from β-caryophyllene [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The secondary organic aerosol (SOA) yield of β-caryophyllene photooxidation is enhanced by aerosol acidity. In the present study, the influence of aerosol acidity on the chemical composition of β-caryophyllene SOA is investigated using ultra performance ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.
