Electroanalysis, Volume 37, Issue 10, October 2025.A nanostructured electrochemical biosensor was developed by assembling MWCNTs with the antimicrobial peptide Temporin‐PTA. The platform enables rapid bacterial detection within 5 min, differentiates Gram‐negative from Gram‐positive pathogens, and achieves a low detection limit of 10 CFU/mL.
