Abstract figure legend Blebbistatin reduces Ca2+ buffering in induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived atrial cardiomyocytes. Blebbistatin, a widely used excitation–contraction uncoupling agent, decreases calcium (Ca2+) buffer affinity (increased buffer dissociation constant), leading to elevated diastolic Ca2+ levels, increased sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+

Abstract figure legend Cardiac cellular electrophysiology is modulated by multiple factors, including temperature, extracellular K+, heart rate/pacing frequency, and drugs. These modulators can have distinct effects on ion‐channel gating and transcription/trafficking over time.

Transformer‐Based Contextual Modeling for Predicting Calories From Recipes
A transformer‐based regression model with token‐level attention pooling is proposed for predicting calorie content directly from unstructured recipe text. By fine‐tuning RoBERTa in an end‐to‐end manner, attention is learned to be focused on calorie‐relevant tokens such as ingredients, fats, and cooking methods.

ABSTRACT There is a strong genetic contribution to the etiology of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). This study evaluated genetic testing results and diagnostic yield for fetuses and children with CDH. This was a retrospective cohort study of exome sequencing (ES) performed at GeneDx for fetuses and children ≤ 18 years of age with CDH compared ...

ABSTRACT Autosomal recessive loss‐of‐function variants in PPP1R13L cause an ultra‐rare cardiocutaneous syndrome characterized by rapidly progressive arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM). PPP1R13L encodes iASPP, which has two potentially overlapping mechanisms driving ACM as both a regulator of NFκB‐mediated inflammation and a binding partner within the ...
